    Judgement help
I have a credit card judgement against me. The credit card attorney wants me to fill out a form about my financial situation. Should I do this? I guess it was court ordered but the court has not notified me about this. Thanks for your help.

It's customary and usually Court ordered - if not the creditor (if he has a Judgment) can get a Court Order. If there is an order for financial disclosure and you do not respond you can be held in contempt - in NY, at least.
