    EVCON AC units
I have a pair of EVCON Model HP048X1221G AC units. THe Home Warranty Insurance support tech has stated these units are not mounted on flex-spring devices, which reduce the vibration.
Does the HP048X1221G model require the flex-spring devices..
And if so, why would the installer not have placed them during installation..

    Thanks, Loras
