I had my handicapped daughter emancipated and want to revoke that
I went to court and filed papers to have my 18 year old daughter with down syndrome emancipated so my ex husband would not have to pay child support. I immediately filed and became legal guardian of the person for her. She is 22 years old and I am worried that my ex husband will now use this against me and say that he can have her. I want to revoke the emancipation documents and go back to where I had full legal custody of her. How do I do this?

You cant. But you are the child's legal guardian. She has some rights to decision at this point. So if she wanted to live with him she can. Why are you concerned? Is he a danger to the child?
