    Bathroom Drain Odor

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am having problems with odors coming from the Master Bathroom. This only happens when it rains. The home is 4 years old. I have cleaned the inside and outside of the commode with bleach and comet. I have replaced the internals of the commode and re-caulked around the commode. The smell went away after the rain stopped. It has rained again and the odors are again present. I find it hard to believe that the wax seal would be broken. Suggestions would be appreciated.
