I Would go and get a dark blonde hair die and gradually let your natuaral hair colour come through

Permanent hair color will not lift dark hair to blonde or dark blonde. In order to go from dark red to blonde, you will need to chemically strip the unwanted color and then apply the desired color. You should consider going to the salon and have to do a corrective color.
