How can you make the pain go away?
I have posted two other questions on this website over the past few months that give some more background to my situation. It has been 7 months since my wife left me, while there has been very little communication, I have not been able to make the pain inside me go away.

I am starting to fear what lies ahead of me, and I feel a strong depression setting in. I need the pain to go away.

Getting over the pain of losing someone you love is never easy (I'm sure you already know this) especially when you lose someone who had promised to love you and be there for you.

The best thing you can do for yourself is to get out of the house and find something, anything to keep you busy with.

The pain will never go away until you learn to let go so it may be best for you if you find it in yourself to let go of her.

Best of luck and remember, there is always a rain after the rainbow.
