    I want to know that
    Each criminal record or deportation from other country, means that visa will denied?
    Is there any hope for earn tourist visa?
    Do I need to have lawyer?

    You keep asking the same question... the deal is she is likely to be denied her visa application. This is non-immigrant visa, attorney would not help much.
