My climate control on my 99 Mercury Marquis has fried, taking the clock and auto door locks with it. Is there a control module for the climate control ?

I 2005 Hyundai Elantra and AC fan won't blow air

I hear ac compressor kick in but ac fan won't blow any air. When I driving the car, I can feel the cold air coming from vent but it I stop, air stop blowing. Please help me, I live in Hawaii and it's 85 degree.
