    H4 to F1 COS
    Hi,
I started attending school(M.S) on H4( Dependent) visa on Jan 2010. Applied for a change of status from H4 to F1 and got that approved on 29 APR 2010. But my F1 visa start date is on 25 AUG 2010 in the approval notice. My H4 ( I 94) expires 17 Sep 2011

    a) Which visa status am I in now?
    b) Meanwhile my husband ( H1B) has got a new job in CA and wants to do a H1 Transfer. How will that transfer affect me? Should I apply for a H4 transfer to keep my status until 25 Aug 2010 which is the date on which my F1 begins?
    c) If I apply for H4 transfer to keep my status, will I have to reapply for F1?

    Please help. Thanks

Cos(x)= -1/2 [ 6 Answers ]

Supposedly there are four possible solutions. My professor provided a worksheet that says cos(2pi/3) and cos(4pi/3) both equal -1/2, and cos(pi/3) and cos(5pi/3) both equal 1/2. How would I go about finding the other two values that equal -1/2??
