Verbal contract law
My son made an agreement with another person to pull his stuck trucks from the mud in exchange for a car this guy said he had. Both his trucks were pulled out. He then refused to give title to the other car. Then my son finds out that the car promised did not belong to this guy like he had said. Is there anything we can do?
