    I would need a great deal more information to help you with this. Have you had your water tested for chlorine and ph levels? What kind of filter do you have and how many hours per day do you run the pump? Have you tested the salt level in your water? It sounds like your system is not manufacturing chlorine so nothing is killing the algae.
