My husband was late to pay his fines and missed a couple of probation meetings he got pulled over and had a warrant out for failure to pay fines I bonded him out on a cash only bond which paid his fines plus paid the ticket his po told him to come see her the next morning she had him placed under arrest on a warrant for failure to appear he is on probation for fleeing in a motor vehicle a class you felony first time offense 0 priors he spent 64 days in the county jail before they placed him on probation he is faceing up to 6 years in Arkansas correction he has had 4 dirty uas in the first year of probation but none for over 2 years he has 1 year 2 months left on probation and by the time his next court date comes he will have 44 days in at the county jail this time attorney wanting to plea bargin drug court what will you think will happen more jail time or do we we have a shot of more probation we are in Arkansas also the po is saying he hasn't showed up to the last few metings but she tolad him she would call him when she had time for him and then hung up on him and she never called and reschulded

He needs to be in her office, and he is lucky from the dirty UA.

Next does not matter if court is 1 year after Probation ends, what matters is when the violation happened.

Yes, I think he will do a lot more time, but then that is my opinion, for what ever reason his has really made the PO mad, and she will be telling the judge every bad thing you did the entire po time.
