    Back pay
    What should I bring to small claims court for a claim against my former employer for pay for services as a photographer? I am a contracted employee.

    1) Your contract;
    2) invoices or other proof of the work done; and
    3) anything else you have in writing having to do with the arrangement you had with the "former employer".
