    My fiancée is an illigal immigrant.. hes been in the uk for 10years.. he was signing at a detention centre every 2weeks.. just to make sure he was still around in the uk.. but 2weeks ago he was put in a removel centre.. so he told immigration he would go back.. does that give me any rights being I am engaged to him.. I want to marry him.. in turkey..

    If you can get into Turkey, sure, you can marry him there.

    I don't know what rights you are talking about - specifically what are you asking?

    You can marry him but will need to go through all immigration procedures to be able to bring him back to UK legally. Consult immigration attorney before you do anything.
