Deadbeat Dad attempting immigration to USA from UK to avoid child support
I know a many, a very cunning and charming man, who is attempting to run a marriage immigration scam on this poor, unsuspecting and naïve young woman. He's recently divorced in the UK after fathering a child with is wife's friend. They sold their home and I suspect he is unemployed at this point since he can come here and spend weeks and months in the US on a tourist visa, all courtesy of his brother who was recently granted citizenship. Basically, it would take YEARS for him to immigrate under his brother, so he's professed his love to this young girl in an attempt to quickly get here under K-1 or K-3 visa. The bottom line is this-->he will be leaving a small child behind in the UK with no financial support. How can I prevent him from immigrating here or even visiting here anymore? He needs to stay in his own country and take care of his responsibilities; not be allowed to escape them. I contacted the CSA (child support agency) in England and they told me that without a case number, they can do nothing.

What is your relationship to this person?

Do you have proof of any of this?

The mother in the UK should go to Court and get an Order of support now, before he goes. If he does not pay and comes to the US she MAY be able to report him to Immigration as a deadbeat and they MAY be interested.

But what is your relationship to the parties?

I can't really reveal my relationship to the situation out of fear of reprisal, but I can assure you that I am not a jilted lover or ex. I'm just someone standing by and watching all this unfold. What proof do I need? I've contacted the Embassy in Britain to see if they will at least investigate the situation. I don't know if this woman has even filed for support, but I do know that it's awfully strange that since May of this year, this guy has been the US on at least 5 occasions, staying for weeks at a time; his last visit for one month. He's trying to make a case for a marriage or fiancé visa; it's obvious!! AND his brother hacked this girls computer to intercept her messages about him (the scumbag) so he can gain some insight into her thinking and woo her into falling for his scam. It's so sick!!

Unfortunately a scam is not that evident to those of us who are reading this. I find nothing strange about trips to the US and the length of his stays.

As far as the hacking into her account, yes, that is actionable and she should, by all means, take action - if she can.

Unless/until the mother of the child files for support she has absolutely no hold over this person, no right to tell him how/what/where to go.

I realize you may very well be right but I don't see that you can prove it and apparently the Government doesn't care, based on proof presented.
