    How to sue a title company
    Is it possible to sue a title company if they tell you your title is a clear
    Title and it turn out that it is not a clear title after you purchase title insurance from this company.

    If you purchased a title insurance policy and then you find out later that the title isn't clear, you have to file a claim against the policy. You don't have to file a lawsuit unless they refuse to honor your claim.
