    Default judgment
    Need good response to motion to set aside default judgment for failure to timely answer complaint

    There is little except to prove you did not get property served or if you were perhaps in the hospital at the time you were to respond.

    Also of course if you have proof you do not owe the debt

    But if you owe the debt and knew about it, but chose not to respond there is little defense
