    Question about immigration fbi check
    Have a question
    2 years ago my aunt had codein drug when went to dubai,dubai government after finger print said that she is in black list and deported her to her country,now she want to come usa and need FBI check
    Dubai just deportet her without court or jail
    I want to know will it shown on fbi check ?

    Yes, the deportation will show based on what I have read.

    She will have to give this information as part of her background info, also.
