Replacing GE Honeywell Weathertron and Replacing with Hunter Model 44860

I need help... I am having furnace problems and I'm hoping changing the thermostat may help. But the Hunter wire diagram letters do not match that on the Honeywell. The letters on the Honeywell are R, T, O, G, Y, X2, B AND W. The wires on the Hunter are RC/R.C.Y1, Y2,W2,L,E,O,B,G.

I have a bad GFCI outlet in my garage. How do I determine whether it is a 15amp or 20amp outlet. The bad outlet does not have a label that states the amps. The circuit breaker is 15. Does this mean I use a 15amp? Can I use a 20amp to replace it?

I want to add a receptacle to a box I have in my pantry that has an existing light switch. I have a three wire load coming in to the box from the circuit breaker.
