    My kittens eyes have got watery and is producing yellow puss or'sleepys' as some may
    Oh and has been sneezing allot more than before

    Sounds like they are developing upper respiratory problems. Time to go the vet right away. Possibly they have not been feeding well (undeveloped immune systems) and are not warm enough.

    Yellow pus is a sign of infection. You need to take your baby to the vet. It may be simple sold or eye infection, or it may be something much more serious. It's better to end up with a vet bill instead of risking your kitten's life if it is something serious.
