    Cd drives won't work
    I have windows xp home. My cd drive and my dvd drive won't read cds. My dvd drive will read and play dvd's. Any help will be apreciated

    Have you installed any software recently since the drives did work properly?

    The only things I can think of is Advance system care and service pack 3, but I am not sure of the time coralation.
