Book about some kind of vampire queen takes over manhattan
All I can remember is the following, the main characters are as follows, an immortal who uses iron wood sword for killing vampires, the guy who accompanies him is a werewolf and some vampire queen lady who has taken over the island of Manhattan using earthquakes and well the power of nature in general to set up a kingdom of some sort... That's all I got. Can't remember the title or the author so if someone could help with that I would be most appericative
