    Snapper 6.5 HP Briggs and Stratton won't start
    It was running fine, then I shut off to move a swing set and the engine was locked up. I had to turn it at the blade to be able to use the pull start again, and now nothing. No spark at the spark plug and no instructions in owners manual to assist in fixing this.

    Is it easier to pull than before?

    Tough one.

    I'm suspecting the flywheel shear pin if the above is true.

    Check oil level and try a new plug.

    No tougher or easier than before (although when it seized up - could not pull at all). I changed the oil, filter and spark plug just a couple weeks ago. But it is not making any type of spark, so not sure what the issue is.

    Disconnect the kill wire and see if you have spark.

    Then troubleshoot the safeties if you have spark.

    No spark issues generally mean: Coil or coil is touching magneto assuming electronic ignition.
