    What exercise firms the butt!!
    Well I work out every day and still don't have quite the round! What exercise can I do To firm up this butt? I do a wide variety of exercises have a variety of equipment however I need a fast results. Any one have any good ideas?

    Squats, deadlifts, stiffleg deadlifts, lunges, step-ups. Use a heavier weight than feels right. The muscles in the butt are some of the strongest in the body, you have to really pile on the weights to get results. Clenching your cheeks standing at the bus stop won't do it.

    Fast results? How fast? Your butt won't get firm in a week. Other than that, all of the above mentioned by Eileen..
