    Sagging Breasts
How do you get rid of sagging breasts after breastfeeding your baby for almost a year? And stop your breasts from looking or getting smaller?

I don't think there is any way to keep them from getting smaller, unfortunately. Hah. I would have loved to keep my post breastfeeding size, but once there is no longer a need for milk supply, they shrink back to normal size. Some women don't go all the way back to their previous size, and some women swear that they even got smaller then before. But I'm not an expert on it, so I don't know. I wish I had a magic pill for that. Hah. As far as the sagging, just making sure that you wear a bra that properly supports them, and that will keep them from sagging more.
