Periods that last a month or so?
Hi I am 20 years old and have been having irregular periods since I started having one, but the last time I have had one was like the beginning of this year. Which I had to take birth control to have one. I stopped taking the birth control and didn't have a period unil last month all of a sudden. It lasted for 2 weeks. I figured since I didn't have one for a while my body was trying to get back on track. Then I started taking the birth control while on it and I still am bleeding... What could be wrong it's been like a month, which is making me really concerned.

Could be adjusting to the birth control, might need a different one, it may be the pill won't be the best option for you. I'd see your doctor about it and discuss the possible reasons and options.
