    What song is this? -Metal

    I originally heard it on VH1's 'Heavy: The Story of Metal' and asked around, no one knew. Then I heard it again on MTV's 'Real World/Road Rules Challenge' and thought I'd ask again.

    I clicked on the link and it didn't work.

    However, under 'description' I saw "Bang Your Head" and the first song that came to me was "Metal Health" by Quiet Riot. The hook of the song goes: "Bang your head! Metal Health'll drive you mad!"

    Quiet Riot is definitely metal. It makes sense that any of their songs be used for any show containing anything metal-related. If that's not the song you're looking for, sorry--I tried!

    But you should get the song anyway because it's awesome. :]
