    No fill tank
    Okay so our water is on and everything but the tank won't refill when flushed, How can we fix it? The water valve is turned on.

    Shut off angle valve and remove water line to tank. Point into a pan and turn valve on to see if u are getting water for valve. If not valve has a blockage.

    Shut off main and remove valve stem from angle valve. With towel over angle valve, have someone turn on main for the count of 3. This should clear your water line. Put angle valve stem back in, attack line to tank and turn on water at main and angle valve.

    If this does not solve problem get back to us and will go to next step.

    Hello Megamegan,

    The angle valve failure is posible as Creahands says, but it is also posible that you may have problem with your fill valve, please lift the tank lid check inside and look which one is your fill valv, see the images below, and we will tell what to do, Thanks.
