    Buzzing circuit breaker fuse
    The fuse blew and won't turn on. It makes a static buzzing sound with an unfamiliar smell.
    Is it safe to be in the house?

    More than likely it is safe to be in the house.

    I strongly suggest that you contact a licensed electrician to get the panel serviced.

    For added safety, if you know how to disable the circuit by removing the breaker than do that.

    If you do not know how, make sure that the breaker is in the off position and than make sure that any device connected to that particular circuit is also off.
