    Washington state laws regarding un fit parents
    How would I prove that my ex is an un fit parent and that I should get costody of our son he has a drinking problem and showed up to court drunk will this be enough

    Seriously, no, that in itself would not be enough to get sole custody. But it is one factor to be considered. Do you have an attorney?

    Hi no not my son, his father showed up to court drunk and was asked to give an ua. I don't have an attorney, I'm a student right now and moneys tight.

    The child not being feed, or not being keep safe, the child being put into danger. Is the child always dirty with father, is his living conditions unsafe. Does he abuse the child
