    With a lot more difficulty that someone could explain in a forum. I'm sorry but that's just too complicated -- plus I'd have to see everything you have. You might want to hire someone to do it. In fact, in 20 years of accounting work, I only ever had to do it once and it took quite some time and thought. (Or it might have been from cash to accrual.)
