    I worked for a school disrict for 13yrs now I can't find work how do to if I am sland
    I worked in a school district for 13 yrs as a Custodian and was union steward and was forced on to disability. And I tried 3 times and was rejected and I have been looking for a job and have had 2 interviews and never got the jobs and still can't find one even in this economy could my former school employers be slandering me or defaming me ?

    You should still be collecting disability ? Correct.
    That fact that you were collecting disability is often one issue I am sure.
    Next of course ? Two interviews ? Sorry but if you said 20, then maybe, in today's economy, for example, I went to a interview yesterday, they were going to interview 20 people to fill one job,

No Iam not collecting Disability like I said I have been rejected 3 times 2 time on my own and 1 time with a lawyer ( which he was no good ) you reialy don't know whay they tell them it is getting to where me and my wife can barely pay bills and my cell phone service has been suspended and I can't collect unemployment due my sesonal part time job at a radio station didn't pay enough .

    I can not understand, how can your work place "force you out" on disability if you can't collect disability

    Politics: they the superintendent along with the employee director where forcing to make changes and as union steward ( Teamster ) I was trying to protect everyone's rights I found out and superintendent told me he was finding out something about some people ( Digging Dirt ) and with the politics they were complaning that thing was not getting clean enough and other lies and it got to the point I reach my limit with them Engreats

    And my business rep help me to get time off for personal health which I used all my sick time and got out .
