    Caswyck
I received a Hampton Bay Caswyk Ceiling fan for Christmas. It is a nice unit and everything works fine except I cannot reverse ite. Model #560-084. The remote control has a button in the center that is un-marked and I thought this might be the reverse switch but it appears to do nothing. Double checked the wiring and it is as instructed. I also looked everywhere on the motor housing for a slide switch as indicated in the owner's manual. Any suggestions?

I am not familiar with this particular model. What does the manual, or for that matter, the store say about the reverse feature on this fan? It will have the function SOMEWHERE.

Haven't talked to the store yet and the manual mentions a "REV" button, however I just have a button in the middle that apparently does nothing. I thought it might be the rev button.

I do have the old fan and it works. It was a bit out of balance and is only a 4 blade with light fixture.

If you like, eMail me a picture of the old fan.

If the manual mentions a reverse button on the remote, it would appear that the blank button is probably the reverse button and that feature is defective.
