    Fuse or picture tube?
    How can I tell if a fuse or picture tube is shoot?

    I was told it could be leaky caps in the power supply how do I check this?

    Well, in order to help you best, we need to know what your symptoms are. What does the unit do, and what does it not do? Can you hear any sounds from the base of the Tv? Does it work intermitently ? How about any lights or leds on the front ?

    Give us some more info and we will try to help

    When you turn it on, the light in the front comes on and then blinks twice. Then goes out. I don't smell nothing but yeah comes on then goes off.
