I have a 2000 dodge truck. The air conditioner works sometimes and then cycles off
The air conditioner works sometimes and other times, no. When it works, it cycles off after 10 -15 min. turn it off and after some time it will come on again but for a shorter interval. Any ideas?

The fan outside was working, then made a sound and was no longer spinning. Turned the air on this morning and fan still wasn't turning, pushed it with a stick and fan started turning again. Is this a dirty issue and just needs to be cleaned or something more?
