    No water
Want to replace faucet in bathroom sink. My father-in-law wanted to "help" by shutting off the water--he supposedly only turned the valves underneath to shut off water. We were not quite ready to do repair yet, so I turned valves back on... Except, NO WATER! What happened? There is a little drip--that's it. Please help.

When you turned the valves, lefty loosey, did they turn about 10 turns and then come to a firm stop? Postin a picture may speed things along if the stops need to be replaced or removed.
