    Evicting tenant
We went to dillion county and paid for an order that was received by the tenet to vacate the property for non payment of rent. Once sge received this notice she was to be out in 15 days. Of course, this did not happen sowe returned to the court house and paid for a 24 hour notice and she has not completely left the property what do we do now. CWe were under the understanding that the deputy would be there with us while we secured our property but to no end we can not get any answers. What now.

Alec05, are you the author of the original post ("OP")? If not, please start your own thread.

You are going to need an order directed to a peace officer, such as the deputy sheriff, directing him/her to assist you. This would be called a writ of assistance in some places, but might be something different where you are (Dillon County South Carolina perhaps?).

Once you get the writ, contact the sheriff's office and make arrangements to be at the premises when the deputy is there.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

If the tenant refuses to obey a court ordered eviction order, you have to hire a sheriff to physically remove them. So you arrange with the office to have someone accompany you to remove her.
