    What are the ny state infant visitation laws
    Would like to know if there are any laws on infant visitation in ny state ?My daughter is 14 weeks old and her father wants overnight visitation I am breastfeeding but she does get formula and I work nights however my sister lives with me and babysits while I work she sleeps in my room with the baby

    There are no laws. If you can't agree then it will be up to a judge.
