Deere 175 hydro won't start. No solenoid click or power.
Battery good. Deere 175 hydro won't start. No solenoid click or power to starter. Recently, have had to press repeatedly on brake to engage starter. Shorted out brake solenoid with no effect. Battery is good. Any other suggestions? Should I jump the starter directly from the battery to check the starter solenoid?

Can I bypass any of the "safety solenoids" that might affect starting the engine?
