Hi,I am 25years old.I have a big tummy,since I was children.getting bigger then I grow up.. how much execise also not use... like a pregnant women... how to get rid of my tummy... n I will always stomachache... is it a sick... should I visit doctor?

Yes, if you have constant stomach ache, visit the doctor.

If you get the all clear from your doctor, then look at your diet. A big tummy is usually a sign of a diet high in refined carbs. In order to change it, you need to cut out all the white carbs from your diet. That's all forms of sugar, bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, cereals. Instead, eat quality protein, healthy fat and lots of green vegetables. Base your meals on eggs, fish, meat, lots of green veg, olive oil, some dairy, some nuts, some fruit, some wholegrain.

No soda, no sugar in any form, no processed fats.

Ask your doctor to check if you have an intolerance to wheat. That is something which will give you tummy ache and a big belly, and which needs to be diagnosed. There are long term health problems if you have it and don't know.
