    Can a creditor have a lien in your house and ask for a wage garnishment
    Can a creditor have a lien in your house and ask for a wage garnishment. The bank had a judgement against me and put a lien in my primary residence and now they want a wage garnishment

    Once the creditor has a judgement they can attach wages
    And they may also attach your bank account meaning anything that goes in can be taken until the judgement is satisfied Does your state allow for wage garnishment? Some states do and some don't.
