    anxiety or stomach bug?
my mother left this morning at 5am to go away for ten days, and within moments I started feeling really sick, gaggy and shakey,dizzie/lightheaded. I had to stay up all night so I could wake her up and say goodbye so I don't know if that has anything to do with it?
but I'm not sure whether this is an anxiety thing, I have experienced anxiety before when I was younger and in school, it used to make me feel sick constantly(not this bad though) and I'm really upset my mums gone, I miss her already.
    so maybe that's why?
other then that I have a really white tongue and keep going hot and cold randomly.
    thank you for reading x

Sounds like you are having an anxiety attack in which case many different symptoms can show up and make you think it is something else. That's why its called an 'anxiety attack'. Take a deep breath, do something you enjoy, read a book, call your mom when she is settled.

    Call your mother.
If you both feel it's serious, contact your doctor.
It sounds like you may have a nervous stomach.
You should also contact your doctor about your white tongue.
This could be anxiety. Try to relax. Take deep breathes. Focus in on yourself. Do this once a day. Think of a list of 10 things you are grateful for and think of why. Find a state of mind where you are comfortable, and you are not worrying. Worrying will not help a situation, though it is healthy to worry in moderation sometimes. But you should relax and call your mother to talk to her about this, so you can start feeling better, and stop worrying. You may want to target why you are worried and anxious. If you are worried about your mother, or experiencing a sense of separation anxiety, this can be helped by talking to her, and find a goal you can accomplish each day she is gone to feel like you have succeeded and improved on some level. Remember to relax and try meditating.
    The symptoms you stated are:
    Chills
    Nervous stomach [possibly]
    White tongue

You may want to contact your doctor, in case you have a bad cool, the flu, or another illness to be safe. You could either visit your doctor for a accurate diagnosis, or you could call your doctor and describe the symptoms for advice and help.

Good luck! Don't worry too much!
Call your mother and talk to her and be happy!
Maybe this will help you a bit until then:

Remember to just be grateful for what you have and repeat your list of 10 things you are thankful for having in your life, and be sure to call your mother and doctor. Relax and good luck!
