    I let all credit card bills go to keep my house can they attach wages without notice
    I'm self employed and business got real slow so in order to keep my house I stop paying most my credit cards except a few that would work with me , I do get a lot of mail from collection agencies now , can these companies attach my bank account without notifining me by mail or any other way ?

    They first need to sue you. To do that they need to serve you with process. Once they do that, they need to get a judgment, which requires notice every step of the way.
