    If I don't respond to the sued ,can a lend be place on my home or bank account
    If I don't respond to this sued for credit cards again me. Can their put a lend again my home or bank account.

    Yes. They have filed a lawsuit against you. If you don't answer the lawsuit and appear in court to defend yourself then they will get a judgment against you. Once they have a judgment that acts as a lien against your house. And they will be able to attach your bank account and possibly garnish your wages as well.

    Yes, if you don't respond they will win automatically, if you respond, you may still lose, but you can present your case where you have tried to set up payments and they refused, or where you don't owe them the money
