    High steel rust lines in new cement driveway
    I had a concrete driveway installed about 2 years ago and now see straight rust lines running parallel to the joints. What could this be and what can be done?

    Sounds to me like the welded wire mesh that they put in to reinforce the concrete wasn't properly anchored and worded its way up near the surface during the vibrating, screeding and floating before it set up.
