    Inheritance
My uncle died without making a will. Before he died he told my aunt and my mother to make sure I get everything he owned. Once he died they told me and my siblings about it. I talk to my mom and my aunt and told them what I want it to be done with all his assets, they agreed. Now they are telling me that once everything is solved that they will do what they want with it.
What are my legal rights in the matter if any?

If there is no written will. Then you stand no chance of getting everything. How old are you and did the estate pass through probate?
