    Credit judgement
    I was served a judgement and never received notice to come to court. The sheffirs department served me notice that they van take stuff and sell it to pay the judgement .Can thos be done?

    Not if you get the Judgment set aside for failure to serve you.

    Can it be done, yes, you can try and appeal the judgement if they did not properly serve you notice
