What causes cloudy CSF, is a gram-negative rod, and can be found in phagocytic cells?
A patient is suspected to have meningitis and their CFS is cloudy, gram-negative rods were found in a gram stain, and bacteria was found inside phagocytic cells what is it?

I was trying to confirm my thoughts. If you just want to be rude, don't bother answering. My thoughts are Haemophilua influenzae because it fits everything in my case study other than growing on blood agar. It will grow on Chocolate agar because it has the X and V factors that are needed. The blood agar would rue it out, but everyhting else fit. It is a gram-negative pleomorphic rod shaped bacteria that was the number one cause of acute bacterial meningitis in children under 5 before the vaccine.
