Can State of Texas use my S.S # to find out if I have a bank account?
Can the state of Texas use my social secruity number to find out if I have a bank account? And if so can they access it? Or is my bank account private? We do not pay state income tax and I do not owe the state money.

    Any help you be appreciated.
    Thank you
