    Father is not exercising visitation rights, can he lose them?
    The father is not exercising his visitation rights. He is instead traveling for his job, getting paid cash, which he does not claim on child support. He expects me to drop our 7 month old daughter (Lucy) off at his mothers house while he is gone. Can he lose visitation? I have even offered that his mother can come to my house and visit her granddaughter and she denied. I would think seeing your granddaughter is more important then pride? I live in Ohio and grandparents rights seem pretty hard to obtain, which is why I made this offer to them. I want to know my legal rights in this, I have had to adjust my work schedule for the past 4 months every week for the visitation and yet he keeps the same schedule and is not home for his time with Lucy.

    When was visitation set by the courts? If it has been 2 years you could go back for a modification.
